6. Intellectual Property All materials, content, and intellectual property created or provided by FWSS remain the sole property of FWSS unless otherwise stated. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or business purposes as intended.

7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the services. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client lists, and financial data.

8. Termination FWSS reserves the right to terminate services if:

• The Client breaches these Terms or other agreed-upon conditions.

• Payment is not received as agreed.

• The Client engages in behaviour deemed inappropriate or harmful to FWSS’s reputation or operations.

The Client may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any fees due up to the termination date must be paid in full.

9. Limitation of Liability FWSS is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• Errors, omissions, or delays caused by the Client’s failure to fulfil their responsibilities.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

10. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not provided for services already rendered or digital products delivered.

• Exceptions may be made at FWSS’s discretion under extraordinary circumstances.

11. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
