About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to join our team. The Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (LAVA) is a crucial role focused on identifying and engaging potential clients on social media platforms, specifically Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This position requires a tech-savvy individual who can effectively use these platforms to generate leads, implement outreach strategies, and document activities to demonstrate progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach engagement on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Search for leads for the company and our clients
- Implement strategies developed by the Head System Strategist
- Document all activities and provide weekly/monthly reports.
Requirements
Outreach Engagement:Â Actively engage with potential clients on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, using tailored outreach messages and engagement tactics.
Lead Search:Â Conduct thorough searches for potential leads for both the company and its clients, leveraging social media tools and techniques.
Strategy Implementation:Â Work closely with the Head System Strategist to execute lead generation strategies, ensuring all activities align with company goals.
Documentation:Â Maintain detailed records of all outreach and engagement activities, providing proof of work and progress on a weekly and monthly basis.
Skills and Qualifications:
Social Media Expertise:Â Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with the ability to navigate these platforms efficiently and effectively.
Sales Acumen:Â Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs in a sales-oriented role.
Tech Savvy:Â Comfortable with using various tech tools and platforms to manage and track lead generation activities.
Organisational Skills:Â Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Communication Skills:Â Excellent communicator who is straightforward, clear, and able to express thoughts and ideas effectively.
Self-Motivated:Â Driven and motivated to achieve goals independently, without procrastination.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, between 9am - 8pm, with flexibility to manage tasks within these hours.
