As a Social Media VA, you will have the opportunity to showcase your video editing skills by creating engaging videos and reels. It will be your responsibility to actively interact with our audience, fostering meaningful engagement and promoting brand-focused content. Moreover, you will play a key role in identifying revenue-generating opportunities and expanding our digital presence.

Collaboration is vital in this position, as you will work closely with team members to develop innovative social media campaigns. By utilizing your creative thinking and staying up-to-date with industry trends, you will contribute to the overall success of our social media initiatives.

  • Create and schedule content on feed and stories

  • Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies

  • manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik tok and Youtube

  • Plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Flick and ClickUp 

  • Form key relationships with prospects/ideal clients across social media platforms

  • Undertake audience research

  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions

  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Flick, Google Analytics and Facebook Insights

  • Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns

  • Recommend improvements to increase performance

  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement and loyalty

  • Encourage collaboration across teams and departments

  • Regularly liaise with clients via email, conference calls
